using gudebrod 326 c nylon and a black insert, tag ends of insert showing, have used cp, still showing.
this is the only red this guy likes. what can I do

Roddy spinning rod to conventional, old under wrap area will be exposed, when the conventional guides are in place, how do I get these area to match the rest of the rod the area under the removed spinning guides are a lot liter

Rod was built in 1974, conventional, 6'7", brown glass,30/60??, the person who built the rod said it was a 980
but at the butt of the blank in large lettering 890.

I believe the rod is a fenwick. The model # is 980, what are the spec.( length and Line rating).

building a rod to fish 80# on a 7 day trip out of san diego. Heavy duty cermic guides, is it necessary to triple wrap, rod is rated 40-100#.

Have holland thread green and white verigated, with a 6" skip pattern. Since there is a two color thread would I need to put a second thread on the base? If so what color?

16. camo guide wrap
How do you make guide wraps to have that camo look, rod has camo grips? Can I use a olive thread then use a felt marker for accents?

Brown blank, 8' logo grizley fenwick, hard to read the # ?. Could be LB or JB 969,# 12 tip
butt about 1.06 (has cord wrap on butt, with some math work). 96 would be 8', would the 9 be the power?
looking for line rating any other Info. Not sure about the 969, the 6 is hard to read.

What is the line rating of a LB959 Fenwick?
This was fenwick answer of the D8, I am guessing 20/50 or 30/60, what do the catalog say? last resort no other sites could answer the ?.

Older fenwick rod, LB969----8' jig rod, has the action like a truline D8, feels like a 30/60 line weight, does anyone have a older fenwick book that gives the true line weight.

Too cold in the garage to dry, will be coating in the garage then moving drying in the house. Trying to make due with what I have. Is there any disadvantage with a 1 rpm motor for drying?
