Hi Bruce, Yes, that's correct. The carbon and glass are 'prepreg' materials. Called prepreg because the epoxy resin is pre-impregnated into the fiber, as opposed to dry fiber that has a wet layer of resin applied. The prepreg is in what we call 'stage B cure'.
