What glue works the best for gluing together cork rings. Should i use flex coat or some other type of glue.

Standard 2-part slow cure epoxy is fine, the Flex Coat variety or Devcon or any other you may have. Rod Bond can also be used but you will want to coat each ring and then scrape off all you can. Yes that's right, scrape off all you can. The rings will bond fine and the glue line will be virtually nil.

There was more information on this in a thread last week. Scroll down or to the next page and find it, or do a search in the archives for this topic.

Plastic resin glue is the best I've seen. No hard glue lines. Just be sure to clamp securely whiole drying.

Don't forget the old established wood glues. Pro-Bond, Tite-Bond, and the newer Gorilla glue. All excellent for cork grips. Inexpensive, essentially waterproof when dry, and will hold forever.

I use Weld Bond with good results, glue lines almost invisible.
