Scotchbrite 7448 Pads

These pads are available at www.great-atlantic1.com. Click on "Index" and select "3M Scotch Abrasive Pads". I must say it was a bear to find a site that sold them one-at-time vs. cases of them. Maybe some of you dealers could stock them and put them on your web catalog. They are typcially sold, so far as I can tell, in cases of 60 per case. 3M lists them under their ID code 61-5001-0230-8 in their automotive aftermarket category.

If you just want a small number of Scotchbrite pads, go to any automotive supply place. I found them at a NAPA store, as well as a store that specialized in automotive paints.

The pads are for scouring the blank in preparation for apply your epoxy. The adhesive doesn't stick well unless you lightly abrade the surface. These pads are supposed to be the best for doing that.
