Hi Michael, We are always glad to hear our customers recieving what they ordered. Anyway I have always painted my rods before dipping in the dip tank as I have found out in Arizona if you leave items in the dip tank they tend to dry cause of our hot summers. When painting a blank I hav always used an epoxy enamel spray paint. Then dipped in in a clear coat Min Wax- Poly Urethane mix. Always check the cans to see if the clean up mix is mineral spirits and not something else? Good Wrapping, Neal Cissel Neal's Fishing Products Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
