offset spacing

is there a easy method to offset spacing,i am having a little trouble with the set up. i would appreciate if you can help me in my problem thank you joe

Over the years there have been several articles in Rodcrafters Journal on various ways to do the offset spacing layout. I'll try to find some issue numbers tonight.
