Mudhole / American Tackle customer service

Without going into to too much detail, I just want to recognize both Mudhole and American Tackle for excellent customer service. I placed an order with Mudhole and did not receive the guides I ordered. Communication with them revealed that the guide I needed had been discontinued, and my issue was handled. I called American Tackle and discussed my needs and they helped me find what I needed. Both companies never balked at helping me, both went over the top.
I work for a company that strives for excellent customer service and somewhere, somehow it is mentioned everyday. We are all subject to this everyday, on either side of it. It is too easy and too common to report poor service, and I'm guilty of that too. So I try and recognize companies and people that do a good job.
