What size font(s) do you use on most of your builds when ordering or making decals. I'm planning on ordering some decals and i want them to be readable but not so overly large that they are a distraction.

I print out what I want in different sizes on my printer. I then cut them out and see how they look on the blank, that way you can see what fits before you order a decal.

As I only build fly rods, I am usually working with small diameter, so I use 11pt for the customers name. 10pt if I am putting my name on, and 9pt for the rod specs and date.. This size will vary substantially with the font you use, so I suggest you print out your inscription, as Tom suugest above.
