I am going to try a tiger wrap for the first time. I am not clear on the placement of the thread that will be removed. Was hoping for a gold and black combination. Can anyone give me some of the expert advice from this forum?

Thank you all for this great site and advice.

Gold and black under, wrapped up the blank. Burnish, 2 coats of finish. Black and some other color over, wrapped down the blank. Remove the "other" carefully. That's about as simple as it can be made. Lots of variations of each step are available.
