Yup, I just finished the 8'6" 5wt. It's a very nice rod. Very smooth from tip to butt and quite accurate.
I cast it next to my Sage one and the MHX Native has more feel, especially in close. At about 25' it's very accurate with the tip doing the work. Then pushing to 40' it maintains great accuracy and hit my target almost every time. at 70' which is rarely needed for a 5wt, the butt really activated and easily let me hit the target almost every time. In comparison, my Sage has little feel at 20', is very accurate from 40-70', and then amazingly can throw 100' of line, which you'd never need of course. I'm very impressed with this blank.
