I would like to build a rod for trolling spinners for Chinook Salmon in coastal Oregon bays and rivers. 8 ft to 9ft casting. One piece ok. 10-25 lbs range. Strong butt section but fast tip to see and feel the spinner. We actually count the spinner rotations per minute to keep it at about 130 rotations per minute. Trolling speed determines this rotation for the most part. Kindest regards. joe.

Lamiglas XCC963, or XCC1112H, the 963 is for a great price now at Mudhole.
