Hello all,
Just wondering who has tried the new Rainshadow Eternity blanks? I can't seem to find any reviews on them since they have been re designed. They look pretty sweet but I was looking for a little guidance from those with experience. Any comparisons that can be offered would also be great. These would be spinning blanks used for smaller plastic baits. Thanks! Re: New Eternity Rod blanks 2017

I build the ETES 610 MXF, very very good IMHO.

Beautiful Rod! I like your style as well as I build my rods similarly. Clean and efficient. I see you build with NFC also. Do you find them to be similar? Since NFC is under Batson, I wonder how much influence G. Loomis has had on the Batson brand. I am hoping they are like a higher power rated NFC with faster actions. I have built a few HM NFC rods and I must say they are some of they best there are. Just hard for me to pull the trigger at their price point. Unless someone else wants me to build it, then I will do whatever they pay for ;p Re: New Eternity Rod blanks 2017

So far this spring I have built three. Two ETES68MXF spinning rods and one ETC68M in a baitcasting version. I am super impressed at how light and responsive they are. The casting version which is only 1.7 oz is rated 10-17 lb line and up to 3/4 oz. which may be a stretch.
On the spinning versions I used titanium Minima's to keep it light. One is my personal rod and to tell you the truth it is the only one I like to use it is sooooo sweet. I have caught lots of bass up to 4lb and it handles them extremely well. Tom tomscustomrods.com Re: New Eternity Rod blanks 2017

Yes they are faster than NFC HM (more tip action). ________________________________________ @+ Eric [www.emfishing.fr] Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
