A quick Internet search shows BNLG guides as being Fuji, didn't see any reference to them as PacBay.

The "N" frame Pac Bay guides may at one time also had an "L" designation for the type of ceramic ring. The rest has always as far as I remember. Some of my old G Loomis rods at one time had grey ringed spinning guides, rewrapped them many years ago using Alconites and the New Concept System many years ago, made a huge difference from the original Cone of Flight setup.
