Does anyone know where I might find a camouflage fly rod blank? How about camo grips or reel seats?

Not a good idea as it would be a photo dip finish and would add a considerable amount of weight and dampen the action a lot also as for the grip you can get winn grip wrap tape but again it would add weight and could reduce the hand sensitivity.

rod geeks offers painted blanks if it were my choice and wanted a bit of stealth I would get a neon blue or light blue either would be the color of a sunny day and high sky.

Check out mud hole. I built a couple of their camo blanks for kids. They're durable and the kids love the look.

Finish coatings do add weight that reduces the blank's speed (not the action which remains unchanged). However, if this is kept to a minimum the reduction needn't be so drastic as to undermine the blank to any great degree. Hydro-dipping is a good way to do this and by itself doesn't add much additional weight. It's the stuff you put over the dip finish to protect it that can start to get heavy.

I have had several blanks hydrodipped, including a 4 piece fly blank. The additional weight is not worthy of concern. I did not coat any of the blanks with anything other than finish at the guides and they have all held up just fine.

As for Camo grips, get your hands on some cactus cork and mix those rings with some green cork for a spring Camo look or mix twith some light burp for a more traditional fall Camo look.
