Hi Darrel,
I've had the same issues as you and it's been an issue for me for some time until recently. Try to work out at what part of the process are the bubbles being introduced. I found out the following and it may apply to you. If bubbles are there before your start mixing then your 'part a' and 'part b' may be too cool. I now store my part a and part b in my laundry on the hot water system (no bubbles) whereas before it was in my air-conditioned work room. If bubbles appear when mixing you could be stirring too fast and/or lifting the stirring tool off the bottom of the cup. Slow it down, keep your stick on the cup bottom, and use a thin round aluminium rod if you've got one. If bubbles appear when you start brushing then it's highly likely you're introducing air when you dip your brush in the mix. Try 'priming' your brush with a small amount of the mix first and gently dip your brush in the mix. If bubbles appear after the application it could be air escaping from the thread or beneath the thread. I use an atomiser spray filled with epoxy thinner and spray the epoxy and this generally gets rid of any problem bubbles. I follow it up with a heat gun on low speed and barely warm. Try this and it might work for you. Cheers Re: bubbles in my epoxy

Ian, THANKS, spraying with a little epoxy reducer is really good tip and even makes the finish look smoother

Lots of times the air is coming up through the threads creating bubbles. What finally worked for me it to saturate the threads with lite formula flex coat uv and let it spin for a few minutes. After it has fully saturated the threads I take off the excess finish and let it cure. 24 hours later, put on a second coat and let it spin. Check it after about 30 minutes. If you see any bubbles hit them lightly with a butane torch from 8-10 inches keeping it moving. Don't linger, if you hit it too long with the heat it will create bubbles.
