Quick question.
In removing epoxy from normal sanded carbon fiber blanks, I just use my nail or something soft to scrape the epoxy off. 1. Does that work for fiberglass blanks? Fiberglass blanks seem to have some kind of finish that reminds me of epoxy and I wonder if I have to use a sharp knife to 'cut' the epoxy off. 2. Can I do a quick dip of fiberglass blank to soften the epoxy? I've done that to carbon fiber blanks without harm. Thanks! Mo Re: Removing epoxy from new fiberglass rod?

warm the epoxy with a heat gun or hair dryer not to hot just to soften the epoxy and scrape it with a wood mix stick or your finger nail .
