Angler's Workshop has smaller packages. Canada Rodbuilersupply also, though it's been quite a while since I used him, spendy stuff now. Packaging I've had was by size and quality, if your using more than one size you may need to buy multiple packages.

Gerald,

I have 3 - 4 capes (I tie flies as well). Let me know what you are looking for (size / splits) and I will be happy to sell you some.

I have posted this in the past but it bears repeating.
I just want you to be aware that if you use feathers make sure you have a certificate of origin if the person who will use the rod is going to take it out the country.
I have not seen problems inside USA. May exist at Canadian border?
But particularly to Costa Rica, Australia/ New Zealand.
There are others.
There is an international agreement called CITES (look it up so YOU know what you getting into) and its up to you to prove its not from an endangered species. Most USA back yard bird feather are illegal to use and one zealous customs officer can cost you thousands or jail or both.
Do the research for yourself.
There is a CITES certified feather supplier up on the North west coast that can provide documentation that stands up to inspection.
