Sea Guide Rod Guides?

I see they are a sponsor on this site and would like to know if anyone is using them on their builds. They look like a good alternative for Ti framed guides, other than the usual suspects. The guide height and frames for the spinning guides look like the real deal and the casting guides also look like they would work for my kind of builds. The only thing I can see is the immediate frame near the ring, it does not have an added groove to lock it in place or hold adhesive so I would be worried about them popping out. If you have any experience with them please let me know otherwise I guess I will just have to guinea pig them myself. I would also like to know the country of origin.

Wrapping the ceramic insert in Ti is much more durable and reliable than the old system you mentioned. It's been out there 15 years maybe and everyone is doing it. I bet they are Chinese, a bunch of factory rods use their products.

I looked at them at last year's ICRBE and they looked very good and of high quality. My problem has been finding a place that sells the models I want to try.

In spinning we stock the SCXORSG 30, 25,20,16,12,10,8. In Casting we stock the SCXORSG 16,12,10,8 for both these series we stock the SCXORSG N04, N05, N06 N07 running guides. We are currently out of stock on the SXLRST' matching tip tops sorry about that.

Thanks Pete. I have not seen the XOHG and XOMG models with a RS ring or a matching tiptop with a size 4 or 5 ring any where in the US. I have seen these models elsewhere but only in a black frame with LS rings. Nice to know you have the XOG-N runners with RS rings. These Seaguide models are very similar to the Fuji KR micro spinning guides, and thus I would like to compare them. These are also similar to the Kigan ZH and Z guides but can find these only with coalite rings, unless I special order.
