reel seat ID

This is a bit nuts but who knows. I'm looking for a size 24 dps reel seat that has an ID of 25 mm. I know the ID should be 24mm but maybe some company makes the ID a bit oversize. I need the OD to be the same as the 24. I could go to a 26 but the OD would be too large for my purpose.

The ones I've measured were actually a bit smaller than 24 mm. The 26 I have here is 25.35 mm.

The 26 has the correct ID but the 26 OD is about 32 mm and That is where the problem is ,it's too big. I don't want to go past 30.8 on the OD.
