Look at item #. If it has a 3 it's a 3, 4 it's a 4. All Ti coated ones are 4. It is confusing on their website.

As Michael said , item # gives it away, also if the ring is of a different color/ material than the frame it is a 3 ie. black frame /chrome ring, titanium frame/ chrome ring

No, not all 3s. Titanium tiBlack, tiBlack, Ti grey, tibronze, and chrome chrome are all minima 4s. The two toned guides such as the chrome gold, black gold, black chrome, and titanium chrome are all minima 3s. They all use the same chrome insert and the designation 3 vs 4 is based on how and when the insert is swagged into the frame. Minima 4 guides the insert is double swagged into the frame and then colored. With the minima 3s the inserts are swagged into the frame after they are colored. Pacbay has stopped using the terms minima 3 and minima 4 in there discrisptions to prevent confusion. Obviously it has not worked. Hope this helps.

I 'd respectfully advise avoiding 3's in small sizes.

Just call or email Mudhole and ask them to be certain. They are a reputable business and won't give you bad info. I am not saying or even implying any of the previous responses are wrong. Why is it so hard for people to go straight to the source?
