Can anyone tell me of a blank that is similar to the Shimano Terez TZC66H this Rod is 6'6" has a fast action and line ratting between 50 to 150. It has a small diamiter about .50" at the butt. I would like to build a set of rods similar to this Shimano rod but cannot seem to find a blank that will fit the bill.

thanks for any help you can give.

First one that pops in my head is rainshadow knife jigging blanks. I believe their 50-100# rods are 6' or shorter. I think black hole makes a similar blank as well.

Not the length you want but the American Tackle Bushido BVJ58500 is close. Only thing is it's 5'8" They make a 6'6" (BVJ66250) but it's only rated for 30-50lb.

I would take a look at the Rainshadow RCKJB700-400-TC. I personally fish this blank at 7'
This is a 7' blank but you can cut 6" off the butt to get your 6'6" blank.
This is the finest blank of its kind for that category.
This blank will do everything and more than the one you are comparing it too..dont worry about the line class

go here to look at the specs:
