Woody has a good idea, it could be an Utmost, 1 piece, RX8, Spin Bass, 7 ft. 2 power blank. 8 - 14 line rating, 1/4 to 5/8 oz., 0.455" butt diameter, 4.5 tip, blank wt. 1.41 oz. Break out your calipers.

I think Spencer is correct,,,but,, Spencer is that not a Popping blank ??. ( I was looking at the "P" in the description.I think it is a Rainshadow that was sold by Utmost.
