How long do you wait to apply a second coat of flex coat.

I find it not that critical, but one of the reasons I need a second coat is to cut off bumps, sand off bubbles/dust. So I wait until it is solid, clean it up, then add the second coat. I think you can do it any time after the finish is somewhat cured, it is not necessary for it to be fully hard.

You want that second coat to go on in the first 24 hours, let it set to long and the coats won't bond to the each other as well as they should.
