We are very fortunate to have many good places to do our shopping. One of my favorites is Get Bit Outdoors, and the reason is shown by this recent experience that actually started in early 2015. At that time Fuji was getting out of some of their titanium guides, and I ordered some that I knew I would use. They were not available, and GBO, Jacob specifically, informed me of that. Somehow a credit was not issued at the time, or I didn't recognize that one had been issued. Long story short, I didn't follow up on it until just recently, and asked Jacob to verify that I had received credit. I certainly could have, and not noticed. I'm not much into detail. He looked back over my orders since 2/2015 and reported back that I had not received the credit, but that he was issuing it immediately. With an apology.

Things happen in business, and I could have been more helpful to GBO had I followed up sooner. But GBO came to the plate and delivered with no hassle about it being too long ago, etc, etc, That's why GBO is one of my favored places to shop, and why Jacob is one of my favorite people to deal with.

Have Also Had GREAT Customer Service from the GOOD People at Get Bit! I have been called on Sunday When I email with a Problem Order. They Go Above the Line of Duty to assist their Customers
