Ya'll get the email from American Tackle to Cease & Desist? Then followed by a ''My Bad'' email. What the ?
I understand that business is competitive and rights are rights, but that screamed cheap shot advertising to me. Makes me think twice about using AT on my next build just to show my disapproval with the "advertising campaign". Please don't come down on me for speaking my mind, just wanted to post to see what other people thought of the stunt. Regards, J Scott Englewood, Fl Re: AT email

Apparently that email was mistakenly sent to everyone on their email list rather than the smaller number of intended recipients that will soon view an advertisement from them in an industry trade publication. I'm sure Don can elaborate.

I can tell you that I'll be unsubscribing from their mailing list for sure. Not exactly what I wanted to see when I woke up at 0600 - and didn't have the "My bad" E-mail yet. Re: AT email

If you're not using the guides mentioned, why worry about it? Just seems like a public notice type of thing to me. Re: AT email
