Lamiglas tri flex cbgt841L vs 841 M

Hello
Was thinking about building a striper/blues rod mostly for jigging metal off NJ . Will be used about 50/50 party boat/private boat. 3-6oz jigs would be the norm How do the 2 compare? I read tons of great reviews on the 841m but very little on the 841L. Not sure if the M will be overkill
Any and all info appreciated. Also any other blanks i should consider?

TIA
Matt

I saw that but havent come across any. Seems the L may be too light and med may be overkill?

John
Would you reccomend the xcomp or SW boat rods. Looks like the xcomp are lighter Hows the XC733

Thanks John and Billy
Gonna be in down in seaside/ibsp next week or so and will be stopping by the local shop to shake a few blanks. Xcomp xc733 is at the top of the list. I really interested in these now that i know they were designed by a local guy with local applications in mind. St croix being involved makes it all the better, as most of my personal rods are built on croixs and quaility is always there. Been a big fan of the lamiglas blanks ive built on but thats limited to the xmg50, which is why the triflex caught my eye.
