Will be working Skitter Raps, X-Raps and Mirrodines in the 3/8 to 5/8 ounce range. Will the 2 power be enough or do I need the 3? Rod will be built spinning. Re: Help me decide - MB752xf or MB812xf

I have made up the MB813XF as a casting rod, it should also make a very nice spin rod. If you like a slightly lighter feel and do not need to horse the fish away from structure the 2 actions would also make nice rods. As far as a 6'3" or a 6'9" rod that choice is up to you. Since the baits you mention are worked with the tip down take into account your height, and whether you are wade fishing or fishing from a boat.
