Hey guys, have you worked with these folks? I sent an email last night and again this afternoon. Both times I got an auto reply stating that their business hours are from 8-4 CDT. I don't know if they are getting the emails. The whole reason I used email is because I don't always have the time to try to contact people during business hours, as I myself often work during business hours. Plus I'm two time zones off, so my hours don't lend themselves well to getting a call out during theirs. Thanks for any info on these guys. I'd like to have some customs printed out.

Yeah I've seen plenty of good posts about these guys, I just want to make sure they don't need me to email during working hours. Their auto reply threw me off. Usually you only get that if you CALL outside of business hours.

I'm actually ordering a decal through them right now. I didn't have a response yesterday, but I did today.

Nice. They got back with me today too. I may have to get a trial of Corel Draw to create a vector image. That's what they use for printing.

I haven't dealt with them before this but I am certified in adobe illustrator. I wonder if they would allow me to create my own designs with illustrator. I guess I'll ask next time I order from them.

It sounds like it. I think they said their rate is 60/hr for converting to vector. If you send them a vector image, i think they can just print it out.

Photoshop and illustrator are really similar, I'm certified in Photoshop too. But Adobe has quite a bit of instructional videos that help people when they try to learn it.

Ordered multiple decals from them last week. The labels came out sick. I will be using them from now on.

Just got my decals in today! I love them! I will most definitely order more!
