I've been sending Rodgeeks messages on some questions I had. On Monday Tuesday and yesterday. Are they just slow on answering messages? Re: rodgeeks

Bob often travels although I would suspect there are some other folks in the office. Have you tried calling them?

I've only messaged them twice. It did take a day or two to respond but they did get back to me and answered every question I had. I've always had good customer service with them in the short time I've been doing this. Re: rodgeeks

They were having long term technical difficulties with their "contact us" feature. I e-mailed them directly and had my answers the next day.
