Hey everyone, looking at building a swimbait rod. Saw the castaway blanks on get bit and wanted to see if anyone has built one for swimbaits.
What are your thoughts on the blank? I also can't find the weight on the rod. Thanks Re: Opinions: Castaway mb805 for swimbaits

The MB805's have sold very well and we have a handful left. Most people are building them for Swimbaits and the feedback has been great. We just updated the list with a MB866, it is 8'6 and a step up in power for those throwing a little heavier swimbait.
