I once read on a manufacturers website that in order for the blanks warranty to be valid it must have the manufacturers decal or name on it. Is this true for all rod blanks? ( particularly Lamiglas)
Thanks Justin Re: Warranty

As far as warranty, yes, for Lamiglas, they sell blanks without a warranty and they ensure no problems later by not supplying the decal. Re: Warranty

Generally need to have the manufacturer's label with model number to enact the warranty. A rod blank without the label, either on the rod or with it, is just somebody's rod blank, not much way to tell who it came from.

Interesting. I'm about to deliver a Batson rod that has no label as per the customer's preference. I'm providing the warranty card with the label affixed to it. I hope that will work. Not that I foresee any problems with the blank. Edited 1 time(s). Last edit at 08/21/2015 06:59PM by Arnot Hulth. Re: Warranty

That should be sufficient.
