Black Hole Cape Cod Tai Special rods are finally coming in August.
These incredible ultra light rods by N.S set a new standard in rod industry.
The blank weighs only 1.4 oz and 6'3" (175cm) rod weighs mere 3.8 oz.
But I got a halibut close to 100 lb along with mutton snapper in 8 - 12 lb, red snapper in 12 - 15 lb, 15 lb African pompano , striped bass upto 30 lb, ling cod upto 50 lb or even grouper.

Both conventional rods and spinning rods are available.

I was lucky to have the one you had at the ICRBE. It is a great blank and very versatile. I built a spinning rod with split grip and used double foot guides(not necessary). It will cast a 3/8oz a mile and lift a ton. I use it as a kayak rod and have only had a chance to catch some catfish with it.. I think it has some great applications

I was lucky to get mine at the summerset NJ show....cut a little from the tip and added to the butt, built as a split grip spinning rod with microwave guide system.....great blank for light bucktailing fluke....cant wait to give it a go at jigging blackfish this fall.....thank you Jane Park from jig n pop

This rod is for experienced fishermen who know how to fight fig fish with ultra light rod and how to take
care of it. You can catch big fish with BH Cape Cod Special rods, but the rod will be broken easily
when you touch tip section with your hands when loaded with fish or try to lift fish off the water.

Therefore, the warranty is limited. One or two inches cut of tip section doesn't affect the action much. If you break tip section while lifting fish or touching it, we provide tip guide.
