Hi, just got a PB power wrapper, anyone know what the guide wheels are? as Im pretty sure they'd be an off the shelf part.
I'd like to make a DIY carriage to hold more than 2 threads :-) Re: PB power wrapper carriage wheel size/dimensions

G'Day SteveI made my own thread carriage & the wheels I used are from sliding doors 25mm from memory .They dont run on the edge like the originals but sit further down between the lip & the base .One thing to remember is to elongate the centre wheel to allow adjustment .When I was making it I did away with friction tensioners & used magnetic discs that are set to repel rather than attract & it works very well .If you need any further info just drop me an email . Pac Bay offers a carriage that holds more than two spools - a little different style with different tensioners. Thanks - Marc Keep it simple - that's all I can handle! Re: PB power wrapper carriage wheel size/dimensions

Yeah, thats the old style with 4 spaces but one tensioner ! plus the tensioner is a bad idea with metallics I'm told, thanks anyway :-) Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
