guide lines

GSP braid is quite different from nylon monofilament in diameter, weight, and flexibility. It seems like these differences would cause differences in guide diameters and guide spacing, at least for spinning rods. Where could I find recommended [non-patent] spinning guide sizes and placements for use with, say, #20 or #30 GSP?

Generally, the smaller diameter and more supple the line, the smaller the guide rings required and the quicker you can choke the line down.

Phil;
If you go back and re-read the first article on Micro guides Volume #10 issue 4. You will find a guide set up that will work perfectly. I have been using that set up with those size lines for 8 years now with fantastic results on how the rods handle. As far as spacing? That with depend on the blank you are using.
