Greetings,
Has anyone had good success/ customer service / timely delivery, etc from Bingham Enterprises? They are in my neck of the woods, but I don't know much about them.

99% of my purchases are made with Karen. Good to deal with.

If my order is in stock, I have it in 3 days max, sometimes 2 days. KS to PA.

What is their inventory like? how often do you have back ordered items, and on those things, what is the average lead time?

Inventory is pretty good. Get a BO for Fuji sometimes and it's hard to say with them on replenishment. Sometimes she doesn't have the St Croix I want, but she has it dropshipped directly.

You are the best. You always take to time to return phone calls or reply to emails no matter how trivial. I have never felt rush when speaking with you on the phone even though I am surely not your only customer. You have always done for me whatever is within your control to satisfy my orders.
