Custom Rod

I'm looking to obtain a custom rod and will include the parameters here with the thought that someone may be able to produce it.

It's going to be a 1 Piece, Surf Spinning Rod, Fiberglass, between 13 and 13.5 feet. I was hoping for a blank consistent with the old Sevier blanks.

Line test of 12 - 25/30 lbs.
Lure weight of 3 to perhaps 7 ounces.

I do understand I'm crossing parameters some, but ideally that is what I'm looking for.

It will likely ship to Hudson or Pembroke Pines, FL, but Chicago, IL is also a possibility.
