Does anyone know anyone anywhere who works on ALPS Printers. Can anyone even tell me how to remove the cover so I can look at it? It has no screws. I can only find o person in Canada and a couple in Japan. I believe it needs to be re-alighned but I am not sure Seems I'm the only one with this problem and yet there are many units out there.. Thanks for any help, suggestons etc. dougcasey@comcast.net Re: ALPS Printers
