I am computer illiterate and need help badly please some one email me I would like ti discuss them fixing over the internet.I am desperate.

Contact David @ visualwrap@gmail.com . If he can't direct you thought it he will ask you install Team Viewer on you computer and he will access the program and get it running for you. Dave is a stand up honest guy from Australia in case you worry about security. No reason to worry. He fixed mine , went to sleep woke up and it worked perfect.

Thank you Dave I can't find you email I would be very appreciative if you could fix it on line. I have an Asus laptop with windows 8 do I need anything special for you to do it? I'm at the point of using my hammer to fix the problem. Lol
