guide identification help please

A customer brought me an ABU Garcia Veritas casting rod with micro guides for repair. I need a double foot #5 guide (2nd guide from the reel) and I can't figure out the brand of guide or anybody that sells anything like it. I bought a guide from Mudhole but the frame is wrong. Can anybody tell me what brand these guides are and where I can get them?
Thank you,

I think the Abu Garcia rods use proprietary guides, and about the only way to get them is from another rod

Alps mini guides were the closest thing I could find to these guides. I needed a single foot though, and I don't know if they come in double foot. Lynn

Closer to an LN than an LC, although the LN might be lower.

I sent Garcia a very nice email asking for identification of this guide, and if they would sell me one. They said they do not sell repair parts, and the guide was a size 10, T-MMLB. I have no clue what this is, but I am ceretain it has a #5 ring. Anybody?
