We have added a few more rooms to the hotels room blocks for the Expo, so you may be able to still get the discounted rate through Monday, perhaps. After that the block is gone and rates will be about 50% higher.

just called embassy and they know nothing about it. trying to modify a Reservation and no go.

Tom,

I think he's trying to modify an existing reservation, not make a new one. Are you suggesting he make a new reservation online and then call to cancel his first one? I ask, because I know of someone else who made a reservation late paying the higher price who might want to try and get the lower price too.
