Info on some blanks

Any info on these blanks would be greatly appreciated. They have a sticker saying Austrailian made, and rt 766. They are white in color and 5'6".

And from my understanding the "rt" stands for Regulation Trolling. Although it being 5'6" in length is throwing me off.

Seven wraps and sixty six inchs, It could be Butterworth,Snyder,Pacific Composites or Excel branded depending on its age but the Wilson specs should be fairly close.
