Are you asking about a source for a one piece cork grip not built up from rings?

This probably is not the answer you're looking for but it would not be possible in the traditional sense because, and i'm really simplifying here, bark is stripped from the tree, laid flat and then the rings are cut/punched from the bark radially. The longest a ring can be is the thickest the bark grows which I think is a couple of inches.
Now I'm just "spitballing" here and could be totally wrong, but if I recall correctly Cork 4U, a supplier to the left, has a ring they debuted at the last CRBE that is cut in a different orientation to how the tree grows. I'm not sure if it's cut from the bark vertically, horizontally, or at some other angle, but I don't think it's cut radially like regular rings are cut. I'm wondering if the bark could be cut in this new way to form lengths longer than the traditional 1/2" ring.

I'm thinking what you might be able to do is buy the block, bore the center on a lathe, and then mount it to a mandrel and turn it as one solid grip not built up from rings.
