Problem with CTS blank order

Wondering if anyone can help me. Back in March at the Sommerset fishing show I purchased two CTS blanks from Rich at RH Custom Rods. He finally returned my email in July and told me he had my blanks and would ship them when he returned from Icast. Since then I have called him and emailed him several times with no response. I am really nervous that I might be out over $400.00 I paid for the blanks. Does anyone know if he is still in business? Has anyone been in contact with him? Any help would be appreciated.

Call Herb at HNL, he is the importer of CTS blanks in the US. If anyone knows Rich, it should be him.

I contacted the CTS factory in New Zealand re your problem.

They are a day ahead of us - so it is Monday there now at 2:20 PM. So they are 8 hrs behind us - but one day ahead.

Update. I finally got a response from Rich today by email. He said he would ship my rods to me tomorrow and send me a tracking number. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Thanks for all your help.

Update. Received my blanks from Rich yesterday. There was a problem with one of the blank colors. Rich was extremely generous and told me to keep the blank and he would order me the correct color for free. That was very nice and professional of him.
