Sorry to hear it, but with the Expo so close and so recent, it's tough to do anything else around here.

I have been busy lately and forgot to send my email to you Bob, I will send it to you. Hopefully we can round up enough folks for a meeting in July or August after people get over Spring Fever and far enough time away from the expo. I should have at least one surf rod done by then that I can bring for construstive critisism for future builds.

Bob, I had 6 NERBs from NC that were serious about attending as they've been to ICRBE's and to other NERBs gatherings when Chuck PAyne held them. And another guy has been doing classes in NC and he said he would have no problem getting several of his past students to attend.

I took a short fall off a tall latter last month.
Fracturing my pelvis, elbow, and wrest. and have been kind of out of it lately. Not really responding to anything.

If there becomes enough local interest someone will pull a gathering together, I live 4hrs from High Point on the coast and cannot rally together any kind of a showing from here so when someone from your area gets the urge and puts one together let me know, I may find a way to do one on the coast.

Sorry to hear about the fall Steve (wasn't on your casting side was it?), at least you didn't hurt the thumb again, good luck with the pelvis thing, I understand that that can be very painful.
