Purchase a brayer at any hobby store........allows hard pressure but the rubber roller evens it out.........

Larry,

I've got the machine and installed the software and the manual. However, I can not figure out how to open the printer and install the cartridge. I've pressed on every surface and pressed everything that looks like a button or release, all to no avail. There is nothing in the manual that shows how to open the thing. Please tell me how to open the printer cover, I'm sure it's obvious but its not obvious to me. Thanks

It just pulls open, no button no latch. Just pull on the right side and it will open right up. Oops if it the 270 model, cant say for the other one

I got it. Just figured there had to be some sort of release. Much too simple for my complicated brain.
