Are they the same dimension as the regular microwave so that the only difference is material in the frame and color?

Yes Mo...they are the same dimensions....lighter weight (not that they were very heave to start with), have the "gunsmoke" color and are even more resistant to rusting.

Stripper and Transition is coated steel right? So the weight reduction is in the running guides then which are titanium? Appreciate the clarification.
