NEW - Tidal Wave, MicroWave Guides

Hi All,

New this season is the award winning, “Tidal Wave” MicroWave system which is a hybrid version of the acclaimed “MicroWave Line Control System”. It features American Tackle’s proprietary TiON Coating on the stripper & transition guides coupled with solid Titanium running guides reducing weight toward the tip of a rod as well as throughout the entire set while providing a corrosion proof Microwave system.

They are available in both Duralite (DOIMW) and Nanolite (NOIMW) versions in casting and spinning editions. They can be found on page 4 of our newest catalog.

Best Regards,

Darrin Heim
American Tackle Company

Are they the same dimension as the regular microwave so that the only difference is material in the frame and color?

Thanks,
Mo

Yes Mo...they are the same dimensions....lighter weight (not that they were very heave to start with), have the "gunsmoke" color and are even more resistant to rusting.

Stripper and Transition is coated steel right? So the weight reduction is in the running guides then which are titanium? Appreciate the clarification.

Thanks,
Mo
