Darrell -- Model SWB956-Blend MHX Swim Bait blank that you have asked about has been used for the Alabama Rig with great success, as long as the weight being used on the rig does not exceed the 2 oz. rating. Another MHX Swim Bait blank, model SWB967-Blend MHX blank, which is rated up to 4 oz. is another proven blank for the Alabama Rig.

Simple

Check how much weight that will be thrown and find a blank to fit
