Hi, I'm new in rodbuilding and it's very difficult to find products at a reasonable price in Brazil. I found some blanks that someone told me made by Fuji or a company belonging to that group. Does anybody know if this is true ? And if it's true, how those blanks compare to other low ends ? thanks in advance Christian Tanno ps. sorry for my bad english. Re: Fuji Blanks ???

Christian I believe at one time a company called DNY marketing carried blanks made by fuji, these were excellent if that is what you are referring to, they are no longer imported into the US. Re: Fuji Blanks ???

Christian, welcome to the world of "rolling your own". Many of the sponsors who support this board can supply you with rod building gear;from information, to blanks, to guides, to thread, etc. I'm sure that most of the fisherman builders like myself get their stuff from mail order houses. I culd buy locally for some items but the stuff is way over priced and the selection isn't so grand. Give 'em a try I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. If I can be of any help please feel free to e mail me at e61763@aol.com Best regards and good luck, Warren by the way you're English is just fine. Re: Fuji Blanks ???

I built several of the DNY Fuji's a few years back. Great blanks. As good as anything I have ever used. I'm guessing they would now be about 8 to 10 years old? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
