Holland Thread numbers -colors

I bought a Wonder Weaver from Merrick and also ordered some Doc Ski patterns from them.
They did not have many in stock so I took what I needed from what was there. Some of them
must have been around for a while as they are hand written and carry Holland Thread numbers
with no colors indicated next to them. One pattern was printed and had gudebrod numbers and colors.
If anyone out there has a number to color chart for Holland I need the following numbers:

191,317,162,38,541,340 Also Gudebrod 602 and 540. Thanks for any help as the patterns are useless
otherwise. ( I have tried to contact DocSki by E-Mail and good old phone with no success)

Bob I am really sorry for any problems or delays. I just sent you and email to the addy you have registered here. I hope that is the right one. If not please email me at docski377@aol.com but be sure and put something in the subject line about fishing or rod building so it doesnt go to spam. The email has my conversion sheet. Gudebrod 602 is a medium Gray and rougly equal to 720 NCP - Gudebrod 540(Could be a mistake and be a 541) is a medium brown.
