Hot Water

When I walked into the house after my return form High Point, I noticed a chill in the house; I just touched the thermostats, no reaction.
Downstairs to the heating system, 90° @ the oil burner, house temp 62°, NO HOT WATER!!!

John,
I know where you are coming from. My son called today and said that his furnace is making a big Buzz, but no heat.

So, they have enough residual heat to make it till morning when I will take a run down and see what the issue is with the heat generator called a furnace.

Take care

John,
Thanks for taking it home with you. I was looking in my rearview mirror and making sure I left it in HP.

I heard that someone turned off the main boiler in the hotel as a joke.

No way. The folks who design hotels make sure that the related systems are sufficient to handle the requirements of the facility at full occupancy. Most likely this was due to a mechanical failure at an inopportune time.

The conspiracy theorists are alive and well........ Overload my butt!!! That water Sunday morning was fresh off the top of Mt. Everest!!!!!!!!!!!!! That said, the cold water did not dampen anyone's spirit and it was by far the best one ever. I am looking forward to next year and already planning the next phase of my evolution!!!! Stay tuned sportsfans!!!!!!!

I don't know what happened w/ the hot water, but the hotel WAS nice enough to let me do a "late ck out" on Sunday, so I was able to hot shower before catching my 5pm DFW flight home. I'm sure the passenger next to me appreciated it, too!

Hi Everyone

I had hot water Friday night, Saturday morning, Saturday night, and Monday morning, just non on Sunday,
I guess the water heater took Sunday off Plus I took my showers early (0530) and late (2300).
